Cancellation Policy

I. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Enzinger Steuerberatung GmbH, Herrengasse 13, 8010 Graz, +43 316 838734, office@enzinger-stb.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached withdrawal form (German only) for this purpose.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


II. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the portion of the services already provided up to the point at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, relative to the total scope of the services specified in the contract.
